"Excellent customer service from a young lad called Jonathan. Thought it deserved a review. He took time to explain about the Grimmace milkshake situation/not being available to my dissapointed 8yr old daughter.. (broken machine!). And handled a group of rude teenagers better than probably any of the staff I've seen in there ever. Well done"

"Probably the best Macdonalds I have ever been to. Outside is clean and welcoming with flower boxes. Easy ordering and delivered to the table with a smile. The food was hot, and the order (a large one) was 100% correct!"

"As you'd expect from a McDonald's..... service was quick and easy and, although this place can get busy early evening, going at 9pm meant we drove straight through. Food was exactly what McDonald's do. No marks for atmosphere as didn't eat in."

"The food is good, but at this particular time, the service was very poor. I used the click and serve, the the order was wrong. I had to go in restaurant to get it corrected, but it was still wrong. They are not paying attention to their work and chatting with each other. As for the atmosphere, hardly any of the staff had a glimpse of a smile, something another customer said to me will waiting. This is the first time I have had to make a negative comment. Sorry I had to honest."

"Very efficient but busy drive thru McDonald's. Been refurbished recently. Went here thought we would be ages but it was actually very quick. The food is the standard McDonald's fare but the staff are very friendly and helpful. Only thing I'd beware of is entering and leaving the place can be a bit hairy with people speeding about the roundabout. Traffic can tail around the car park. Make sure you check what you are given at the drive thru. Home delivery is available via the McDonald's app. This can be a bit hit and miss no condiments, straws or other items provided. Even missing items you have ordered."
